Though it does but it is not free from the side effects too.

Relaxation is essential,in cholesterol alongwith low fat diet . AS higher stress level too can increase the cholesterol level .
Keep consulting the doctor as frequently as possible as it will help them to prescribe you a better lifestyle rather than those heavy doses of medicines. Though medicines have their importance and one should never stop the consumption of these medicines wihout the consent of the doctor yet try to convince your doctor to suggest you a good diet and exercise plan side by side.
